Job Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Review and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Check quantities, measurements, BOQs, material requirements, and site progress.
- Monitor manpower, material utilization, and equipment at the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and engineering practices.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor project schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
- Guide and supervise Junior Engineers, Site Engineers,



Supervisors, and site workers.
- Identify construction-related risks and recommend practical technical solutions.
- Ensure productive utilization of materials and minimize wastage and rework.
- Participate in inspections, quality checks, and project handover activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQ, estimation, and quantity measurement.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and multiple activities.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects

Preferred: Candidates with strong site execution and team-handling experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
