Job Description: Centre Manager
Ferroart Interiors Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Centre Manager to oversee our Experience Centre in Nagpur. If you possess robust organizational abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Experience Centre.
- Manage and organize client visits, ensuring every visitor has a seamless and memorable experience.
- Clearly explain Ferroart’s design philosophy, services, and offerings to clients (training will be provided).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for both sales and post-sales support.
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the entire process and offerings.
- Actively contribute to client satisfaction by ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience throughout their journey.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in all responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and explain concepts clearly and confidently.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
