Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Support the development and maintenance of job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and company-wide events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in hiring/talent management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, talent acquisition strategies, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development practices.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates using various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams.
