About the Role

Blue Wave Motors is looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Front Office Executive to join our growing team.

This is a unique role that combines front office responsibilities with representing our premium vehicles in social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle front office operations and customer enquiries.
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain customer records.
- Support the sales team with customer follow-ups.
- Present luxury and premium vehicles in promotional videos and social media content.
- Participate in showroom events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- Age: 20–35 years (preferred).
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and presentation.
- Confident speaking in Malayalam; English communication is an added advantage.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and interacting with customers.




- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, hospitality, or media is an advantage, but freshers with confidence and good communication skills are also welcome.
