To manage Swastik's digital rights, music operations and platform execution across YouTube, Meta and other digital platforms, ensuring accurate rights administration, timely content delivery, revenue protection and operational excellence. The role will also support migration to the recent Digital Platform Partner and CMS while maintaining seamless catalogue operations.
1. Digital Rights Management
- Manage YouTube, Meta and platform rights.
- Resolve claims, disputes, ownership conflicts and Content ID issues.
- Coordinate with labels, publishers, societies and partners.
- Create and maintain Music Assets and metadata.
- Manage audio/music video assets and YouTube Music mapping.
- Maintain catalogue hygiene.

3. Audio & Music Video Distribution
- Coordinate releases and publishing.
- Work with Music,
Production and Content teams.

4. Live Streaming
- Support YouTube Live setup, rights and monetisation.

5. Meta Rights Manager
- Manage Meta Rights Manager, claims and conflicts.

- Support CMS migration, onboarding, validation and operational readiness.
