- Work as a trainee across various departments such as Production, Quality, Design, Projects, Maintenance, and Service.
- Understand and support day-to-day departmental activities and processes.
- Assist senior engineers in technical and operational activities.
- Learn about machinery, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and engineering practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of assigned activities.
- Prepare and maintain required reports, records, and documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Skills Required:

Positive technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / engineering drawings will be an added advantage.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.

Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
