Accountant – Tally & GST

Job Summary

Parklens is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to join our centralized Accounts Unit in Nagashettyhalli, Bangalore.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting activities for multiple group companies, including day-to-day accounting in Tally, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

This is a hands-on role offering strong ownership and exposure to accounting operations across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Manage accounting activities for multiple group companies
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, journal, and other accounting records
- Prepare and manage invoices, payment records, and supporting documents
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance
- Manage PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and documentation requirements
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues
- Support audits and provide necessary financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime




- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS
- Working knowledge of PF & ESI compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling accounts for multiple companies or group entities will be given preference.

Education

- B.Com / M.Com or
- Any relevant accounting / finance qualification

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates residing in or around Hebbal, Nagashettyhalli, or North Bangalore will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliations, PF & ESI will be preferred.
- Experience in a multi-company / group accounting environment will be an added advantage.
