Job Responsibilities:Telecaller (Front-End):

- Make outbound calls to potential clients for exhibition stall design & fabrication services
- Generate and qualify leads from databases, exhibitions & online enquiries
- Explain services such as custom stalls, modular stalls, event branding & fabrication
- Follow up with clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain proper call logs and follow-up records

Backend / Office Support:

- Maintain client data, enquiry sheets & follow-up trackers (Excel/CRM)
- Prepare and send intro mails, proposals & quotations (as shared by sales/design team)
- Coordinate with sales, design & project teams for smooth workflow
- Assist in vendor follow-ups, basic documentation & reports
- Support management with daily/weekly MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Basic understanding of exhibitions / events / stall fabrication preferred
- Confident, organised & multitasking ability
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Email & WhatsApp
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales & operations

Experience:

- 0–3 years’ experience in Telecalling / Backend / Sales Support
- Event or exhibition industry experience is an advantage
