Abybaby Events Private Limited is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can create, manage, and optimise high-performing digital campaigns that generate measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager.
- Generate quality leads while improving ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and Conversion Rates.
- Develop audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse campaign data and recommend improvements to maximise marketing results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools,



and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display & Performance Max).
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and Campaign Optimisation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO and Content Marketing.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or other AI-powered marketing tools.
- Experience in an Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Event Management Company, or Media Industry will be an added advantage.
