Position: Sales & Client Relationship Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming Wedding & Photography enquiries
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Communicate with clients through Phone, WhatsApp & Instagram
- Explain packages, pricing and deliverables clearly
- Regularly follow up with potential clients
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Handle negotiations and close deals professionally
- Maintain and update the CRM system regularly
- Update all enquiry, follow-up, client & booking details in the CRM
- Track enquiry status and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records from enquiry to booking completion
- Coordinate with the photography team after booking confirmation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with existing clients for additional services / add-ons
- Achieve monthly sales & booking targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales / Client Handling / Customer Relationship is preferred
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Good Tamil & English communication
- Confident in handling client enquiries
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Basic Computer / System Knowledge
- Good knowledge of CRM usage & data management
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp & Social Media
- Interest or experience in the Photography / Wedding Industry is an added advantage
- Target-oriented mindset with valuable organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No Freshers
Experienced candidates are preferred.
