Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and Agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build intelligent systems using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade RAG pipelines and semantic search solutions.
- Develop NLP solutions for:
- Text processing
- Entity extraction
- Classification
- Summarization
- Information retrieval
- Dialogue management
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML and Deep Learning models.
- Perform feature engineering, data preparation, model validation, and optimization.
- Design ensemble learning approaches to improve model performance.
- Develop model explainability and transparency frameworks.
- Conduct model benchmarking, validation, bias testing, and performance analysis.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify innovative solutions for business problems.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Mentor junior Data Scientists and promote AI/ML best practices.
- Contribute to Responsible AI, governance, and model lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.




- 6–8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related areas.
- Strong programming skills in:

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
