Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues, proposing timely corrective measures.
- Verify quantities, materials, and workmanship at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to achieve project timelines.
- Monitor resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment.




- Support senior engineers and project managers in project execution and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and general civil construction works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and contractor management.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in site reporting, measurements, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced project environment.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
