The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive project coordination to support account teams and allocated projects to ensure efficient and effective project management. You would deliver work within agreed priorities and timelines, maintaining the highest quality standards, staying within budget, along side our Mumbai team.
Responsibilities include internal project tracking, liaising with clients and faculty on project setup and progression, maintaining internal and client databases, managing documentation, handling financial tracking,
and supporting the team in proposal, budget, and pitch development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
· Organize meetings, congress submissions, and logistics
· Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports
· Monitor budgets, risks, and issue resolution
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
· Develop program updates, internal reports, and publication materials
Knowledge and Experience:
Project and team coordination experience
Experience in medical communications or publications project management (preferred)
Experience with KOL liaising and digital marketing (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field)
