Experience: 6–8 Years
Qualification: BE / ME – Mechanical, EEE, or Mechatronics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality, productivity, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Manage manpower, maintenance, safety, and process improvements.
- Drive cost reduction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and various departments for smooth plant operations.
