Key Responsibilities – Merchandiser

- Manage the complete order lifecycle, from product development to final delivery.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Monitor production status and follow up on sampling, approvals, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, costing, inventory, and production plans.
- Prepare reports and analyze data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Resolve production and supply chain issues to avoid delays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the garments and apparel industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
- Candidates from Kolkata will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
