Job Summary:
We are hiring French-speaking professionals for an international voice process under the Hopper Universal Travel Process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing excellent service in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French and English
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
- Work in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

- HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience OR Graduate Freshers
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and work from office

Language Requirements:

- French: B2 – C2 Level (Mandatory)
- English: C1 – C2 Level

Selection Process:

- HR Round




- French AMCAT (Minimum score of 60 required)
- Operations Round
- Final French Round

Important Information:

- French AMCAT must be completed before the Operations Round
- Candidates must fall within IBU transport boundaries of Thane
- Candidates can apply from PAN India (relocation required)
