Role Overview

We are hiring a Wealth & Business Development Associate to support our growing financial advisory operations. This role involves a mix of client portfolio management, business development, insurance coordination, and backend operations. It’s ideal for someone with a passion for finance and a drive to build solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Investment Support

- Assist with client portfolio management and financial planning.
- Work with senior advisors to design personalized financial strategies.
- Explain investment and insurance products to clients and internal stakeholders.

Business Development

- Support lead generation and client engagement efforts.
- Prepare product presentations and marketing material for the sales team.
- Coordinate with Mutual Fund RMs and Insurance Advisors to grow business.

Operations & Platforms





- Handle mutual fund operations through AMFI, NSE, CAMS, and KFintech platforms.
- Manage KYC, client onboarding, and application verification processes.
- Oversee activation of accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.

Insurance Handling

· Manage operations across both general (health, motor, travel) and life insurance products.

· Handle key activities such as:

· Application login and policy issuance

· Coordination with insurance advisors and internal teams

· Understanding and applying underwriting guidelines

· Ensure smooth servicing and support for clients across all insurance segments.

Data & Team Support

- Maintain accurate client records and validate internal data.
- Support leadership with business reports and compliance checks.
- Train and support new team members on systems and product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management (BBA/BMS), or a related field.
- Good understanding of mutual funds, financial markets, and fixed income.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (life & general) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and client data handling.
- NISM VA Certification (Mutual Fund Distributor) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Passion for the BFSI industry and willingness to grow with the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
