Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components correctly and safely.
- Perform basic machine setting and tool offset adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Conduct in-process inspection and maintain required dimensions.
- Monitor machine operation, cutting tools, and component quality.
- Identify machining defects and report issues to the CNC Setter/Supervisor.
- Maintain production targets and minimize rejection and rework.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Record production and inspection details as required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator.




- Experience in CNC Turning / VMC / HMC is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and tooling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Willingness to work in shifts and do overtime when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
