A Shridhar Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, processing transactions, assisting in statutory compliance, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
2. Prepare and process vendor payments, receipts, and journal entries.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
4. Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
5. Prepare GST workings, TDS calculations, and support statutory compliance requirements.
6. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation.
7. Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
8. Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.
9. Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
11. Support internal and external audit requirements.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
· 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
· Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
· Solid analytical and numerical skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sector will be an added advantage.
· Familiarity with ERP systems such as Farvision.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
