Job Description – Fresher

Position: Sales & Service Coordinator – CCTV & Electrical Services

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our team in the CCTV, security systems, and electrical services field. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers from the initial enquiry through to the successful completion of the work at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries for CCTV, security systems, and electrical works.
- Support sales activities and generate recent customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers from initial enquiry until completion of the work.
- Coordinate with technicians and site teams for installation and service works.
- Arrange site visits, quotations, work schedules, and customer approvals.
- Monitor the progress of site work and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates.
- Follow up on pending quotations, approvals, payments, and service requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.




- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, jobs, and follow-ups.
- Take end-to-end responsibility (A to Z) for assigned customer requirements.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, electrical, or security systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to visit customer sites when required.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Important: This role requires someone who can take ownership of the customer from the first enquiry until the work is completely finished at site, coordinating with all concerned teams throughout the process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
