We are hiring dynamic and hardworking candidates for the position of Sales & Collections Officer to handle customer acquisition, loan collections, and field operations in assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads for loan business
Promote company loan products in field areas
Conduct customer visits and relationship management
Ensure timely EMI collections from customers
Follow-up overdue and pending collection cases
Maintain daily collection and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Coordinate with branch team for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must have two-wheeler with valid driving license
Willing to travel for field work
