Job Description – Mechanical Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for handling mechanical equipment, production support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of machinery and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery used in production.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and equipment issues.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Inspect machines, pumps, mixers, motors, pipelines, valves, and other mechanical components.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of current machinery.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for machinery repair and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency, safety, and production performance.
- Ensure machinery is operated and maintained according to safety and quality standards.




- Assist in maintaining required spare parts and inventory.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports and documentation using MS Excel and Word.
- Support management in technical evaluation and selection of mechanical equipment.
- Learn and use digital and AI-powered tools to improve documentation, troubleshooting, reporting, and productivity.

Required Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, machinery, and maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn current technology and AI-powered tools.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, production, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in a chemical/construction chemical manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
