About CIY - Craft It Yourself is a creative retail store in Aundh, Pune. We sell art, craft, DIY, sewing, jewellery-making, yarn, kids craft, home decor, and creative supplies.

We are hiring retail sales advisors who can give customers a good store experience, explain products clearly, and help the store grow.

Work Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and make them feel comfortable in the store. Understand what the customer needs and guide them to the right products. Explain art, craft, sewing, yarn, jewellery-making, kids craft, home decor, and DIY products in simple words. Suggest related products to help customers buy complete solutions. Keep shelves, products, and displays neat and attractive. Help with billing, packing, and basic store work when needed. Maintain a clean and premium store experience. Learn about CIY products and categories quickly. Support store events, workshops, or busy days when required. Share customer feedback, product demand, and store issues with the manager. Able to learn products quickly.

College students and freshers. People with cafe or retail store experience. Fashion, design, art, or creative students. Creators, artists, or craft lovers. People who have worked at cafes, lifestyle stores, clothing stores, bookstores, toy stores, beauty stores, or similar customer-facing places. Requirements Must be able to work at CIY, Aundh, Pune. Must be available for one of the given shifts. Must be comfortable talking to customers. Basic English and Hindi or Marathi communication is preferred. Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not compulsory. Weekend availability is preferred.

Selection Process

Short phone call.

In-store interview.

Short trial at the store, based on the final decision.

Final selection. During the trial, we will check: customer handling, learning speed, neatness, interest, activity, and reliability.
