Role Summary :

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to provide end-user support for Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and cloud services. You will be the first point of contact for user issues, handle device setup, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Microsoft 365 Support: Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business

- Identity & Access: Manage users in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), handle license assignment and basic IAM tasks

- Endpoint Management: Support Windows devices enrolled via Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and GPO

- Device Setup: Device Enrollment & Configuration, Endpoint Management, Compliance checks

- Security: Assist with MFA & Conditional Access issues, Microsoft 365 Security basics

- Troubleshooting:

Windows Endpoint troubleshooting

Outlook troubleshooting

Teams & SharePoint basic issue resolution

Exchange Online mail issues

Administration Tasks: User & Group Management,



License Management, PowerShell basics for user management

Backup & Recovery: Support Microsoft 365 Backup & Recovery processes

Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve tickets. Escalate L2/L3 issues to Senior Team. Maintain documentation and KB articles
