# Job Title: Legal Lawyer / Advocate – Insurance Sector (2+ Years of Experience)

## Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated **Legal Lawyer/Advocate** with at least **2 years of experience** in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **general insurance policies**, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and insurance-related legal matters.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide legal advice on general insurance policies and claims.

* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and notices.

* Handle legal issues related to insurance operations and compliance.

* Interpret insurance laws, regulations, and policy terms.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external legal authorities when required.

* Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and claim-related legal matters.





* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.

* Minimum **2 years of experience** in the insurance sector.

* Strong knowledge of **general insurance policies**, insurance laws, and legal advisory.

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.

Preferred Skills

Experience in insurance claims and policy interpretation. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

Salary:** As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
