Roles and Responsibilities

- Streamline core day to day operations (RCM) of medical billing/AR
- To handle to functions of operations, service transitions, client management & business support of the organization.
- Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients, employees, and the operations team.
- Formulating & implementing strategic plans for new technologies & products and to support sustained profitable growth.
- Extensive knowledge on P&L; management.
- Should have the knowledge on KRA and KPI metrics.
- Well versed in executing cost saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction and work within the budget.
- Understanding of the formalities and implementation of quality systems and complying with the norms of regulatory authorities.
- Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services and quality of work.
- Manages, trains, and develops a work setting that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver all projects transition and programmers in line with recognized best practice methodology,



where the successful implementation of service resource skills and processes are just as critical to project success as technology.
- Ensure brand integrity through adherence to standards and procedures to attain established profitability goals and brand awareness in the marketplace.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events.
- Network with business people and investors in order to establish potential business ventures.
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients.
