Position: Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage our financial operations and support the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

* Monitor and manage *cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital*.

* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

* Monitor company expenses and identify *cost-saving opportunities*.

* Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability and provide insights to management.

* Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify variances.

* Ensure proper financial controls and accounting processes.

* Manage financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

* Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners.





* Identify financial risks and recommend solutions.

* Support management in *financial planning and business growth decisions*.

* Lead and manage the finance team.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

*5+ years of total experience* in finance/accounting.

* 2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar managerial role*.

* Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, budgeting, and cash-flow management.

* Positive knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP software such as SAP FICO or Tally.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

* Ability to identify unnecessary expenses and improve financial efficiency.

* Good communication and reporting skills.
