Position: Placement Executive

About the Role

NDMIT is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Placement Executive who will be responsible for managing and driving placement opportunities for students and candidates trained in Data Science and Digital Marketing.

The candidate will work closely with companies, HRs, recruiters, and the internal training team to identify relevant job opportunities, build employer relationships, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful placements of eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete placement process for candidates from Data Science and Digital Marketing programs.
- Identify and connect with companies hiring for roles such as:
- Data Analyst
- Business Analyst
- Data Science Intern
- Python Developer
- Power BI Developer
- Digital Marketing Executive
- SEO Executive
- Performance Marketing Executive
- Social Media Executive
- PPC/Google Ads Executive
- Other relevant entry-level roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, hiring managers, and companies.
- Regularly source job openings through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, recruitment agencies, and direct employer outreach.
- Make calls, send emails, and conduct LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach to generate placement opportunities.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with recruiters based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, follow-ups, and selection processes between candidates and companies.
- Maintain accurate records of job openings, applications, interviews, selections,



offers, and joining status.
- Follow up with candidates and recruiters until the candidate successfully joins the organization.
- Develop and maintain a database of companies and recruiters hiring in Data Science, Analytics, IT, and Digital Marketing.
- Understand candidate skill sets and recommend suitable job opportunities.
- Coordinate with trainers and the internal team to understand candidate readiness and placement eligibility.
- Conduct regular placement drives, recruitment campaigns, and interview coordination activities.
- Track placement targets and prepare weekly/monthly placement reports.
- Work towards achieving monthly placement and employer acquisition targets.
- Collect feedback from recruiters and candidates to improve the placement process.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruiters simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM or any relevant degree.
- Prior experience in placements, recruitment, HR, business development, telecalling, or corporate relations will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication, confidence, and a strong willingness to work in placement/recruitment can also apply.
