Roles and Responsibility:

365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics

365 Business Central and Finance modules.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to

end ERP implementations, client consulting, project

management, and leading teams to deliver successful Microsoft

Dynamics projects.

 Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects

 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

 Conduct requirement workshops and business process

mapping sessions with clients.

 Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365

Business Central solutions with a primary focus on

Finance modules.

 Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend industry best

practices.

 Lead upgrade and migration projects from NAV

2009/NAV 2015–2018 to Business Central.

 Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend industry best

practices.

 Coordinate with technical teams for customizations,

integrations,



and enhancements.

 Manage third-party integrations and interfaces.

 Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, risks,

and resource allocation.

 Monitor project progress through JIRA and ensure timely

delivery.

 Lead UAT, training sessions, go-live activities, and post

implementation support.

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure

successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skill set  8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP

implementations

 Robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Business Central

 Strong functional expertise in Finance Modules

(Mandatory)

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and

financial processes

 Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation and

project delivery

 Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be an added

advantage.
