Operations Manager – Night International Process

Location: Ambala Cantt, Haryana (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our calling based night process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing international voice teams, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

Required Experience

- Experience in BPO, call center, customer support, sales, or lead generation processes.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and performance dashboards.
- Proven record of improving team productivity and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the calling team.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs,



prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
- Mentor team members, resolve operational issues, and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–8 years of experience in Global Voice Process .
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in permanent night shifts.
