Job Summary

The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The role involves evidence-based clinical practice, documentation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to ethical and professional standards as per RCI guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Services

- Conduct detailed psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and psychometric testing
- Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5 / ICD-10/11 criteria
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapies (CBT, REBT, DBT, supportive therapy, etc.)
- Manage cases involving anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and severe mental illness

Assessment & Testing

- Administer and interpret psychological tests (IQ, personality, neuropsychological, projective tests)
- Prepare comprehensive psychological evaluation reports

Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, and nursing staff
- Participate in case discussions, ward rounds, and clinical meetings

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate case records and therapy notes
- Ensure compliance with RCI guidelines,



ethical standards, and confidentiality norms

Psychoeducation & Training

- Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
- Conduct group therapy sessions, workshops, and awareness programs
- Supervise trainees/interns (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
