Record Maintenance and Organization
- Organize and maintain digital and physical patient files.
- Review medical histories, test results, and notes for completeness.
- Update patient records in a timely manner.
- Retrieve files for physicians, legal entities, or insurance requests.
Medical Coding and Processing
- Translate diagnoses, symptoms, and procedures into standard health codes.
- Process data required for insurance claims and facility billing.
- Track missing files and notify care providers of record gaps.
Privacy and Compliance
- Protect patient data and maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Follow regional legal frameworks and privacy regulations like HIPAA.
- Monitor system access to ensure only authorized personnel view sensitive files.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
