Educational Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Hindi, Public Relations, Communications, Literature, or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in content writing, editing, journalism, communications, media, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong ability to write, edit and proofread content for newspapers, magazines, websites, social media and institutional publications.
- Experience in developing content for departmental promotions, awareness campaigns, public outreach and digital communication initiatives.
- Strong understanding of grammar, language, tone, storytelling and audience-oriented communication.
- Experience in content research, fact-checking and proofreading.
- Candidates with experience in Government/PSU/NGO/Healthcare/Education/Skill Development projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Write, edit and proofread content in Hindi and English for various communication channels.
- Develop content for newspapers, magazines, newsletters, websites, social media and promotional materials.
- Prepare press releases, articles, features,



success stories, case studies and institutional communications.
- Develop content for departmental campaigns, promotional activities and public awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Consultant, Graphic Designer and Program Manager for integrated communication campaigns.
- Research and gather information from project teams and convert it into clear, engaging and impactful content.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate tone across all communication materials.
- Proofread and edit content before publication.
- Maintain an organised content calendar and support timely publication of communication materials.

Portfolio / Writing Samples

Candidates should preferably submit writing samples, published articles, newspaper/magazine contributions, or a portfolio of previous work along with their CV.
