Position Overview

We are seeking a vibrant, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Sales Floor Assistant to join our premier jewelry showroom. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to build a career in luxury retail management and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them through our jewelry collections (Gold, Diamond, Silver, etc.).
- Sales Support: Assist senior sales executives in presenting jewelry pieces, explaining product features, making charges, and closing sales.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure that display counters are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times. Assure proper stock counting and tray arrangements.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly learn about jewelry purity (karats), certifications, current market rates, and store policies to handle customer queries confidently.
- Billing & Process Coordination: Assist customers through the billing, packaging, and delivery process smoothly,



ensuring a delightful post-purchase experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Minimum Graduate (in any stream/discipline).
- Experience: Fresher (No prior retail experience required; comprehensive training will be provided).
- Age Limit: Up to 25 Years at the time of application.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Attributes: Groomed personality, pleasant demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eagerness to learn.
