Job Summary

1) Provide tier 2 technical support for ECAD (Cadence Allegro), Valor tool uses across GEOs

2) Work with Cadence, Siemens in creating solutions as well as preempt tools related issues.

3) Address tickets raised by engineering teams across globe via customer tools, email, messagers and track and update

4) Provide summary/ Dashboard and proposals for reducing defects

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

1) Hands on experience working in Cadence ECAD tools

2) Experience working in Linux, Windows environments

3) Valuable English communication
