Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Create daily and unit lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and academic standards.
- Teaching Delivery: Instruct students in reading comprehension, writing skills, speaking, listening, and core literature.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design quizzes, tests, and homework assignments, grade papers, and track student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment that encourages active participation.
- Parent Communication: Meet with parents during parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and behavior.
- Extracurricular Support: Assist in organizing literary events, debates, elocution, and school magazine activities.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English (BA) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of prior teaching experience in a recognized middle or secondary school.
- Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English, patience, creativity, and basic computer literacy for digital classrooms

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
