Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and coordination of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the overall planning, execution, and management of civil construction and waterproofing projects.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted project workflows.
- Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and assist in maintaining budgetary and time constraints.
- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit updates to the Technical Coordinator.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines across all sites.
- Provide on-ground technical and operational support to site teams and troubleshoot project-related issues.
- Support in the procurement process and coordination with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.




- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, compliance, and quality control.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction or waterproofing projects.
- Strong project coordination, execution, and quality assurance skills.
- Proficient in project management tools, progress tracking, and report preparation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Kerala.
- Two wheeler & Driving License is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
