We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Counselling Psychologist with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong counselling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-centred approach to supporting individuals through emotional, behavioural, relationship, and personal challenges.

The role involves conducting counselling sessions, understanding client concerns, developing appropriate intervention plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining professional and ethical standards throughout the counselling process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counselling sessions based on client needs.
- Assess clients' emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns.
- Develop personalised counselling and intervention plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support where appropriate.
- Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, emotional difficulties, and other personal challenges.
- Monitor client progress and adjust counselling approaches when required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.




- Establish a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Coordinate with other psychologists or mental health professionals when required.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Follow applicable professional and ethical standards.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant counselling experience.
- Solid knowledge of counselling techniques and psychological principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, empathy, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Professional approach towards confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Experience with online counselling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
