We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program, set and operate CNC Turning / VMC / VTL machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Set tools, fixtures, work offsets and tool offsets.
- Develop and modify CNC programs as required.
- Monitor machining parameters, tool wear and cycle times.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S and safety standards.
- Identify machining problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain production and inspection records.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming, setting and operation.
- Good knowledge of G & M codes, CNC programming, tooling and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Experience in precision engineering / metal component manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
