Operations Manager – Solar & EV Infrastructure

Location: Angamaly, Kerala
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + TA/DA

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our Solar & EV Infrastructure Development company.

The candidate will be responsible for managing expos and exhibitions, warehouse operations, company assets, inventory, logistics and operational coordination. The role requires strong organisational skills, hands-on execution ability and the flexibility to travel to project sites, warehouses, exhibitions and other business locations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the organisation.
- Plan and manage the company's participation in expos, exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate all exhibition requirements, including stall arrangements, equipment, promotional materials, transportation, manpower and on-site execution.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control and dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of company assets, equipment, tools, materials and other operational resources.
- Monitor asset utilisation, movement and maintenance and ensure proper accountability.
- Coordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse, office, project sites and exhibition locations.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for projects and business operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, contractors and service providers for operational requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory and company assets and report discrepancies to management.




- Develop and maintain appropriate operational records, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and productive workflow.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure company materials and assets are handled, stored and transported safely.
- Travel to project sites, warehouses, exhibitions and other business locations whenever required.
- Support management in implementing operational processes and improving overall efficiency.
- Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, warehouse management, asset management, logistics, project coordination or a related field.
- Experience in Solar, EV, Electrical, Infrastructure or Engineering companies will be an added advantage.
- Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required for business and operational activities.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel independently will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
