Job Title: Primary English Teacher (CBSE)

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and qualified Primary English Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering robust foundational language, literacy, and communication skills in students from Grades 1 to 5. The role requires aligning lesson plans with the CBSE curriculum guidelines and creating an engaging, activity-based learning environment that nurtures a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and execute dynamic, child-centered lesson plans adhering to the CBSE primary curriculum, focusing on phonics, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, positive, and structured learning environment that encourages active participation from all students.
- Student Assessment: Conduct continuous and comprehensive assessments (both formative and summative), track individual academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Activity-Based Learning: Integrate creative teaching methodologies—such as storytelling, drama, group discussions, and interactive language games—to improve spoken and written English.
- Parent Communication: Regularly communicate student updates, progress,



and behavioral observations with parents through PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and school communication portals.
- Co-Curricular Participation: Organize and support school events, literary club activities, assemblies, and competitions (e.g., elocution, debate, spell bee).

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.A. in English (Mandatory) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Primary English Teacher in a recognized school (CBSE experience strongly preferred).
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is preferred.

Key Competencies & Skills

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent pronunciation and grammar skills.
- Pedagogical Knowledge: Familiarity with modern primary teaching techniques, phonics, and early language development strategies.
- Tech-Savviness: Ability to integrate digital learning tools, smart boards, and educational software into day-to-day lessons.
- Soft Skills: High patience, empathy, classroom adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills for working with young children.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
