- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to the planned schedule.
- Read and understand construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of construction materials and equipment.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure construction activities meet required quality standards.
- Implement and maintain site safety procedures and ensure workers follow safety regulations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and report major concerns to the management.
Pay: ₹10,145.92 - ₹30,343.43 per month
