Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruiting preferred.
- Experience recruiting candidates for US healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare staffing companies.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare job titles, certifications, licenses, specialties, and staffing requirements.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, JobDiva, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in a US night-shift schedule from Pune.
Pay: ₹14,161.97 - ₹42,936.63 per month
