Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Identify residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Collect project information including project name, location, builder, contractor, architect, project stage, and estimated requirements.
- Identify potential opportunities for construction and building material products.
- Visit construction sites and interact with builders, contractors, architects, project managers, and site engineers.
- Capture site photographs and collect relevant project details.
- Maintain and regularly update the project database.
- Submit daily field visit and project reports.
- Share qualified project leads with the sales/business development team.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; Civil Engineering/Construction-related qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of field experience in construction, building materials, real estate, or project surveying preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction sites and project stages.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collect accurate information through field visits and networking.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphone applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with existing contacts with builders, contractors, architects, and developers will be preferred.
