US Truck Dispatcher

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives
Shift: US Night Shift

Responsibilities

- Find and book profitable loads through DAT/Truck stop.
- Negotiate rates with brokers.
- Coordinate with drivers and manage daily dispatch.
- Track trucks, pickups and deliveries.
- Handle broker/driver communication and operational issues.
- Maintain dispatch and load-related documentation.

Requirements

- 6 months–1 year US Truck Dispatch experience.
- Valuable English communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, TMS and ELD.
- Understanding of US trucking operations.
- Ability to work independently in a US night shift.

Preferred: Candidates who can independently manage multiple trucks and negotiate profitable loads.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
