About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and talented Digital Designer & Web Developer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between creative visual design and technical web implementation. You will be responsible for conceptualizing stunning digital graphics as well as designing, building, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visually engaging assets for websites, landing pages, digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online brand communication.
- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using modern web development practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify).
- Convert design mockups and wireframes into clean, functional, and cross-browser-compatible web pages.
- Create intuitive user interfaces (UI) and layout designs that optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Perform regular website maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and speed optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align digital visual identity with overall business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing both graphic/UI design projects and live, functional website builds (required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Development,



or equivalent practical experience.
- Design Experience: 2+ years of experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
- Web Development Skills: Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of responsive design principles, web standards, SEO best practices, and website performance optimization.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, attention to visual and technical detail, and the ability to manage dual responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with custom theme/plugin development or front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and SEO technical tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital motion graphics or video editing.
