About Position:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, and Enterprise Data Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, developers, and integration teams to drive master data initiatives, define business requirements, improve data quality, and support successful implementation of enterprise MDM solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with business users, data owners, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, interviews, and discovery meetings.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and FRDs.
- Prepare process flows, use cases, business rules, and data mapping documents.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive requirements prioritization and change management processes.




- Analyze and define Master Data Management requirements using Reltio MDM.
- Document entity models, relationships, hierarchies, reference data, and business rules.
- Define match and merge rules, survivorship logic, stewardship workflows, and Golden Record requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable MDM solutions.
- Support Customer, Vendor, Product, Provider, and Reference Data management initiatives.
- Partner with Data Governance teams to establish enterprise data standards and policies.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies.
- Develop and monitor Data Quality KPIs, governance workflows, and stewardship processes.
- Support Golden Record management, data ownership, and stewardship initiatives.
- Promote adoption of data governance best practices across business functions.
- Analyze source systems and perform source-to-target data mapping.
- Define integration requirements between Reltio and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Integration and Data Engineering teams to support data onboarding initiatives.
- Validate transformation rules, business logic, and migration requirements.
- Support enterprise data migration and modernization programs.
- Review and validate test scenarios, test cases, and business validation activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements and data quality expectations.
- Participate in defect triage, issue resolution, and business sign-off activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
- Present business requirements, solution options, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and dependency tracking.
- Facilitate decision-making sessions and governance reviews.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Management, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and enterprise data management principles.




- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM implementations and business process analysis.
- Expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Master Data Lifecycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of Customer, Vendor, Product, Provider, and Reference Data domains.
- Experience defining Match & Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, and Golden Record management processes.
- Strong SQL skills and experience performing data analysis, data profiling, and data validation.
- Expertise in source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and business rule definition.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of API integrations, enterprise applications, and data integration concepts.
- Excellent documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
