About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with around 5 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks,



and other external parties when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly.
- Support management with financial data and accounting reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong command of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidate with experience handling complete accounting operations independently.
- Experience in GST/TDS compliance and return filing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally and Excel.
- Candidates who can join within a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹8,602.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
