## Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage qualified leads generated through digital marketing platforms
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities to clients
Ensure proper client follow-ups and successful site visit conversions
Coordinate and assist during client site visits and deal closures
Support booking formalities and documentation processes
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely reporting
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets
