What You'll Do

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
- Find and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals and negotiate with clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with our technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in CRM

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development / IT Sales / SaaS Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers




- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Candidates with IT/SaaS sales experience will be preferred
